Chesnee High Raider Team "Raiders Lead The Way"

The Raider Team is a very physically and mentally demanding organization. The Raider Team strongly relies on teamwork and discipline. Practices are four days a week along with training on there own time. The teams consists of two sections mainly but on certain occasions there is another team, A, B and C. "A" Team is consist of the top 4 Raiders members. "B" Team consist of the remaining memebers. C team are the new cadets who would like to be a raider. The Raider Team has at least 7 to 8 competitions against local high schools each year. Tryouts are once a year and require an Army modified Physical Fitness Test, 5K Run, 1 Mile Forced Ruck March, 50 Yard tractor tire flipping, 50 yard low crawl, and one rope bridge. All events will be completed in one day. The current Raider Team commander is Cadet LTC Jonathon Peterson. The next raider competition is March 1.
